Some art forms can be taken up at any age, while youth is a prerequisite for others (ballet, for example). A writer can achieve success at 30 or greater recognition at 60, even though he or she probably started in literature at an early age.
Photographers with a lifetime of work include the octogenarian Bill Cunningham who still moves around New York on his bike to capture street-style images.
