A click is enough

When I was 15 years old, shopping used to mean wandering in and out of the shops around town: if I saw something I really wanted in the magazines, it wasn’t only hard to find it in the shops, it was even more difficult of discover where else I would possibly buy it.

At the end of the day, all that was left for me to do was to settle for what the shop-windows had to offer. Then, after buying something, I had to wait for Saturday night to go out with my girlfriends and tell them all about my weekly shopping and the only possible way to show them my purchases was to wear them.

That was 15 years ago… today I do my shopping in a completely new way!

If I like a bag, a fashion accessory or anything else, I Google the brand and look for the official website. As soon as I find it, I browse to the shops page to see where’s the nearest place I can get it.

I then leaf through the web catalogue and, when I spot the object I like, I zoom on it and take a picture with my phone to show everyone what I’m going to buy…
