I assume here, standing before all of you, that I have an obsessive-compulsive relationship with sushi.
I could easily eat sushi dishes every day, without getting sick. My record was six sushi meals in one week. Anyway, I have also tried to do it at home, but it is not the same thing. It takes work and a lot of time, I get rice scattered everywhere, it’s a big mess.
