That’s it, it’s beginning to get seriously cold in Paris!
It’s time to put back on our cozy knits and cover our shoulders with the cape of the season. If the night falls faster and faster, there are still beautiful lights illuminating the city at around 4pm. These photos were taken on the esplanade of the BNF, the National Library, an exhibition and documentation space in Paris. With this view of the sky, the Seine river nearby, high buildings in the shape of open books and dark wood floors out of sight, it made me feel like I was on the deck of a boat.
Let’s embark for a streetstyle journey in Paris! I thought of an everyday casual preppy look with some of my favorite pieces from the Autumn/Winter 2011-2012 Benetton collection. In soft winter beige tones, perfect for an urban promenade. I love this turtleneck sweater with a very soft folk pink jacquard design in the knit and the easy-going cape to wear with it.
