After we blogged in Benetton China’s blog about this craze namely “Planking“ in Taiwan, incredible stills featured a young girl posed like a dead plank (hence the word planking) in awkward places such as on a fishmonger’s chopping table.
I stumbled this incredible blog by accident last summer, Yowayowa Camera aka the Floating Girl. Pictures of the girl levitate and gravitate in different places in urban Japan, perfect stillness and ghostly beautiful.

How is it possible to levitate in natural-stillness without looking un-naturally forced? No tricks (like photoshop) were involved, the floating girl uses her own DSLR camera with good lense, a tripod and faster shutter speed. Composition, and the right moment to levitate.

I can never float like hers in the photos but I can jump like a kangaroo.
