What do you need?
Start by choosing the fruit you like; the antioxidants: strawberries, blueberries, kiwi; the detoxifying: pineapple, green apple, as you wish. You can also try with some vegetables, like for example: spinach, celery, cucumber. You must then cut them into little pieces, small enough to fit them into an ice cube, or make a juice out of them. Mix the flavor you want. Finally complement them with some coconut milk or vegetable milk.
Try them by adding them to a glass of sparkling water!
