If you wanna go for a healthy and tasty meal, Paris is full of friendly places where you can enjoy homemade dishes, and good organic food.
The latest spot in town is called Helmut New Cake, this is the first gluten-free bakery in the capital, located in the bohemian neighbourhood of the Canal Saint Martin.
No wheat flour for these light and delicious desserts: eclairs, tarts and other almond cakes all with organic flour of chestnuts, rice or quinoa.
Everything is obviously still delicious and reconciles those who are intolerant to gluten with these tasty treats! This tea-shop is also a great place for lunch or brunch on Sundays, for those who simply want to try new flavors.
