It has become a habit for us to introduce some guests who inspire us and that are inspired by United Colors of Benetton. They’ve brought us very interesting interpretations of pieces from Benetton and today is no exception.
Joana Teodoro is a young creator, author of the brand LadyBug and also contributor to REC, a brand of recycled clothes and accessories. When asked to describe Benetton in 3 words she chose “Colourful, strong and simple”.
Joana responded to our challenge in a very unique way. The designer chose 2 pieces from Benetton to which she gave a very personal touch, by recycling them in to one single piece… something that as a creator makes total sense!
It was truly inspiring to see Joana’s project, and the creativity of this young Portuguese designer, who proved to us to be a real “Benettonian”.
