The Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride is an event that takes place in over 100 cities around the world. You only need 2 things to be part of it: a motorcycle and to be a gentleman (or a lady, for that matter).
The Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride was held for the first time in 2012 in 64 cities in different countries and although its initial purpose was to just go out and have fun, it now also seeks to raise awareness about key health issues that affect the male population as well and raise funds for various causes. This year, the first time this ride was held in Mexico, we decided we could not miss it so we washed and waxed our motorcycle and put on our finest attire.
Motorcycles of all kinds and of all powers, each with the personality of the owner. Various interpretations of elegance and gentlemen of all ages were meeting and greeting each other. Many women were also part of the group: as drivers or as companions but they all respected the code of elegance required.
And so, all very distinguished, we made the journey smoothly and getting the looks and smiles of those we met along the way, who celebrated the creativity of the group. More about The Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride at the official web site.
