Holi is the name of the world’s most amazing party.
It’s celebrated in India and in every country with a significant Hindi population as a way of welcoming spring and celebrating the victory of good against evil.
In this spirit of absolute hurrah, participants chase after one another to cover each other in pure color and have a great time using herb-based medicinal and colorful dust such as nim, kumkum, jaldi, bilva, and other medicinal plants indicated by ayurvedic healers.

I don’t know about you, but I’m including the date in next year’s calendar and making a wide-eyed wish to see if it comes true and I can enjoy a great time at the next festival.

A version of this festival is held in Utah, USA. Pictures of the American party are below.
All of a sudden, attending this festival becomes a lot easier than making it all the way to India.
