The first sunny days and I’m in a good mood, though I miss a little tan.
The first summer holidays started and I was dreaming about a safari trip. My three new outfits were inspired by the Special Collection N. 3 from Benetton for this spring summer season: urban safari.
The collection consists of two different lines to satisfy all customers’ needs in terms of their wardrobe this summer.
The first, inspired by Africa, consisting of long skirts and pants to the ground with a low waist like harem pants. Warm colors predominate, such as mustard, caramel and dark chocolate. Jackets and overalls are decorated with wooden details.
I chose a more ethnic feel, with a long skirt in sand color and a printed top. The fabrics are extremely soft and caress the body. It’s an extremely comfortable, fresh and modern outfit.
The second line is dedicated to the sun: fabrics like chiffon and lace, knit or crochet in pale tones of beige, brown and green, decorate dresses and loose shirts.
I went for cotton trousers and a shirt in military green with prints. More photos of items from the collection can be found in the publication of the Italian blog, written by Silvia.
For the third outfit of the special collection, once again I chose a long dress (similar to that for the Elevation festival) with wooden beads on braces for another pleasant evening at the sea. The hat and bag are not from the Urban Safari line, but from the main Benetton collection and I think they combine very well!
