X Games Asia has been held in Shanghai every May for six years.
I attended for the first time and I am a big fan. It was raining in the morning, we all thought the games would have to be cancelled. But in the afternoon, everything was OK. Although we couldn’t sit on the grass to watch the competition and drink beer.
This year what most impressed me was that a 12 year old boy won the Mini Mega finals, the youngest ever. In China, the children are not allowed to do any dangerous sports. The boy flew maybe 15 meters high in the sky over a distance of about 20 meters. I am wondering how he first began…
The Games include BMX Freestyle, Skateboard, Aggressive In-Line: and lots of amazing people participate.
