The eyebrow is undeniably the new playground of beauty.
Bleached a few seasons ago, over plucked a decade ago, eyebrows are more than ever part of the make-up process and must be done, like the rest of the face, to make you (even more) beautiful.

Is it because of the new fashion icons that are almost still teenagers and haven’t given up to the beauty standards yet or a tribute to Hollywood icons like Audrey Hepburn, Liz Taylor, Ali Macgraw…, but what is sure is that in 2013, eyebrows are worn bold, bushy and wild.

Good news, you can give your tweezers some rest, don’t touch your eyebrows, and keep them NA-TU-RAL.

If, like me, you used the tweezers too much when you were young, don’t worry!
Do your eyebrows with a pencil (choose a brighter color than your hair) and draw their shape, thicken their line.
The result: a stronger look that will give you (more) character (than you already have). Do like Cara (Delevingne), Arizona (Muse), Lily (Collins) and their friends…

And for the make up, do nude eyes: banish coloured eye shadows and infinite eye liners, and choose natural colours to accentuate the colour and shape of your eyes. You can also draw a shadowed line under the eye but nothing more. Because… you will bet on your mouth. Bright red, more burgundy, orange or even pink, find the colour that suits you best and put some lipstick on!

Wear a basic pull over, slim pair of jeans, nice stilettos and you’ll be on top form. Natural,feminine, chic. Everything that you are… and even better!!!

The female wardrobe’s classics are easy to mention: the little black dress, the white shirt, the pumps, the pearl necklace, the jeans. Those pieces never go out of style and are updated every season. Among the same classics but for male wardrobe is the leather jacket.

Inevitably associated with motorcycles, the black leather jacket adds a rebellious touch to any look. It is also inevitable associated with rock stars of all time.

Although its invention dates back to early XX century, Hollywood icons like James Dean popularized it among young people, precisely the same time that jeans went from being an item for cowboys and workers to becoming a fashion garment. Since then, the history of the leather jacket has been tied to the history of fashion.

The leather jacket is a garment that can be seen on the runway in any season. Spring/Summer, Autumn/Winter. It is always present because it can be used all year round and is a favorite of celebrities.

You can combine it with other basics (jeans, cotton shirts) for a casual look or with a more formal shirt, tie and V-neck sweater for a fashionable outfit. Because, remember: women always like the bad guy but never take him home.

One quick way to make me laugh is to see humanized animals.

I mean, how not to smile when you see the YouTube sensation “cat playing piano” (It’s hilarious, because cats don’t play instruments) or a dog in clothes dancing, or a cartoon with animals talking and singing like Timon and Pumbaa from “The Lion King”.

And you know what is even more absurd? To see animals wearing clothes, like in these funny pictures created by photographer Yago Partal, for his project called “Zoo Portraits”, a collection of wild creatures portrayed in very stylish outfits. Enjoy!

When I meet people I always look for tattoos on their body. Why? Because I’m in love with tattoos.
I really don’t like piercing but I love inks and I have 4 tattoos on my body. I’m thinking about number five and this is why I want to write this post. I think that tattoos are accessories of our personality.

I have a small Hello Kitty on my belly, a Barbie on the back, “amore” (because I’m Italian) on my left arm and a very small puzzle piece on my right arm, the other half is on my boyfriend’s left arm.

Egyptians and Romans used to tattoo their skin, at least until Christianity banned it. I have never regretted my four tattoos; each one is a precious memory for me.

It’s time to enjoy some nice weather, long days and flowers. Flowers. I love flowers.

In a vase on a beautiful table in my flat… But also to make beautiful pictures with some clothes. As a stylist (that’s what I do for a living, fashion editing for magazines…), I’m never tired of using flowers as a pattern, for a decoration or as a crown in my pictures.

These are not some I did, but they might become my mood board for my next shooting. Meanwhile, why don’t you just enjoy this beautiful season, with, why not, a dress from Benetton…

Assuming that most of you like food, have you noticed that in recent years it has become extremely attractive? Just turn on the TV and you’ll see commercials of sweating soda cans or juicy burgers with cheese melting on top, falling on a bed of lettuce and tomato. Suddenly feeling hungry?

Well that’s what food porn suppose to do, but when we say this, don’t imagine sex between different food groups! It is simply an expression to describe food when it looks extremely inviting, provocative, and even sensual.

And as in real porn, it’s even more exciting when it is moving, right? So in advertising there are many methods that have been developed in order to lure the public, so some tricks are permitted and what we see is not always real food or sequences.

There’s a whole gimmick behind that involves high-speed cameras and complex software. Just see the next video created by The Marmalade, a German studio that is one of the pioneers in this area. This reveals how the magic happens.

I discovered Copenhagen for the first time a few weeks ago and I found this city really beautiful, so organized and bright!

The streets are wide and spacious, bordered with large-windowed majestic buildings, reflecting the sky. In the Nyhavn harbor district, houses are coated with pastel soft colors and the walk is very touristy. Continuing on the docks, you can finally see the famous Little Mermaid statue from Andersen’s Danish tale. Denmark’s capital city is green and the majority of its inhabitants circulate by bicycle.

After a day of walking in the fresh open-air, I was more than happy to find myself in a very cozy hotel: Hotel Axel. Located in the Vesterbro district, close to the shopping street Strøget, it is part of the Danish hotel chain Guldsmeden in a 100% ecological and family spirit.

Rooms feature cozy Scandinavian furniture and exotic decoration details with Balinese ikat covers, kilim rugs on the light woodfloors, rustic rope and shells. The organic breakfast is delicious with a buffet full of breads, fresh fruits, jams, delicatessen, muesli and delicious homemade cakes. And as an extra treat, being sensitive to the cold, Axel Hotel also offers massages and a spa to warm and relax you.

Everything I needed to enjoy the rest of my stay in the Danish capital.

Do you remember when last year we told you about the amazing work the artists Estanpintando did in Santiago de Chile?

To refresh your memory, here are some links of the wall art in Presidente Riesco Street, and the Escuela Militar Bridge. Both had a big impact on social media, mainly because people really enjoyed seeing the creation process, and obviously because of the great result.

Color was essential in both projects, and our idea was to cover the areas that were usually gray and bring some joy. Only a few months have past after finishing these pieces, but Benetton with Estanpintando are reunited at the “Benetton Bridge” to make some restorations, because pollution and high traffic have already damaged the original work.

Once again, this has draw a lot of attention, and people are very pleased with the new designs, and of course, it’s really great to have some real art in the city. But honestly, we are the happiest of all, mainly because we are able to offer something this beautiful, and secondly because this encourages us to continue doing projects like this.
