A third visit to the Columbia Road Flower Market

by Be-Blogger U.K. on: August 6th, 2012

As visited back in the Winter and Spring, I have returned to the Columbia Road Flower Market again for the Summer series.  The weather was a lot more nicer than in chilly Spring, people descended to the Olympic Park and so the market has become quiet, in business sense it’s not great, prices of the flowers have dropped to 20%.

Can you spot the Great Britain flag?

Flowers are vibrant than in Christmas season with hues of blues and purples, still, peonies sells like hot cakes.

Fashionistas on bikes are a common scene, perfect for street style hunters.

The flower market will become a busy bee hive again once the Olympic Games ends on Saturday.  I will return again for the Autumn series.
