Coloured doors

Walking through to random parts of quiet neighbourhood areas of Notting Hill, Camden, Borough or Shoreditch, you hardly think once or twice about being admiring some-else’s front gardens and flash cars in front driveway.

This particular neighbourhood however, near the infamous Columbia Road Flower Market in East London has rows of 1940s houses with front doors painted variant shades from red to black, I used to call it the ‘colour palette neighbourhood’, very inspiring which attracts local photographers alike (like myself) or Pinterest pinners to add to their ideal mood boards.  It also reminds me of Benetton‘s colourful stairs in Oxford Circus.
